In 2012, through a combination of chance, luck and design,  I landed in Miraloma Park, a mostly residential, off the beaten-track, neighborhood in San Francisco.  Coming from the flat Midwest, the canyons and hills here have been a deep well of challenge and  inspiration. The Miraloma park paintings are a result of the last two years of experiencing this landscape, car-free and often laden down with the baggage of daily life but always dazzled, humbled, transformed and expanded.
